Shakhtar Donetsk ‘interested in signing’ Flamengo forward Ryan Roberto | OneFootball

According to ESPN, Shakhtar Donetsk are interested in Flamengo forward Ryan Roberto, though no official offer has been made.

Flamengo’s academy is highly regarded and the club have sought to protect the teenager. His contract runs until March 2027 with a €50 million release clause.

Ryan has played fourteen matches in the 2026 season across youth and senior sides, scoring six and providing two assists. He topped Flamengo’s charts in the Libertadores Sub-20 with three goals.

He made his senior debut this year, coming on after 24 minutes in a 2-1 defeat to Bangu in the 2026 Carioca.

Flamengo bought him outright from Athletico-PR in 2023, with each club retaining 50 percent of his rights. The club hold an option to purchase a further 20 percent for R$ 1.5 million, which has not yet been exercised.
