Shaw on target for Jamaica while Kerolin claims FIFA Series trophy | OneFootball

Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw opened the scoring for the Reggae Girlz as they faced Guyana in the Concacaf Women's Championship qualification.

The prolific City striker found the net inside 8 minutes to help her side top Group B of qualifying with the maximum 12 points.

A goal in each half for Bunny Shaw and second half substitute Shania Hayles was enough for Jamaica.

Shaw gave Jamaica an early lead, heading in a corner from Deneisha Blackwood at the far left post as the ball rebounded over La-rose and two Guyana defenders.

Hayles got the second goal in the 88th minute to secure a crucial victory which will see the winners of all six groups advance to the championships where they will be joined by the USA and Canada.

Elsewhere, Kerolin captained Brazil as they fought off Canada to win the Women’s FIFA Series 2026 at Arena Pantanal.

The home side broke the deadlock as Kerolin’s shot was parried, but the attempted clearance spun into the path Aline Gomes who steered home a stunning half-volley.

Despite a late sending off for Ary Borges, Brazil hung on to claim the title.
