The Spaniard is yet to welcome his first addition since moving to Bramall Lane.

The decision to sack Chris Wilder and bring in Ruben Selles as his replacement has seemingly delayed Sheffield United's summer transfer activity.
As things currently stand, the Blades are yet to make an addition in this window that is expected to have a major effect on the first-team.
Another signing from the Bulgarian first division has been made - Ehije Ukaki - but that was confirmed before they swung the axe on Wilder.
Meanwhile, the clubs that they will be competing with next season have mostly been active to this point in the summer. Things haven't got too concerning for Jimmy, Football League World's Blades fan pundit, yet, but things are starting to get towards that point.
He said: "I've not been concerned at the lack of firm rumours or the lack of transfer activity per se. The logical part of my brain says, Ruben Selles needs to come into the club this week now that they're back for pre-season training. He needs to assess the squad.
"He'll already have an idea of who he wants and what he wants. He'll be sitting down with the players and talking to them, no doubt, about his plans and whether they're a part of it or not. He might want to check some people's attitudes and how they respond to certain instructions.
"So he's assessing what he's got, and I understand that. He will also have clearly a list of targets in mind that he's probably already working on.
"The only thing that does concern me is the players that we're used to being linked with as a club, so players like David Brooks, Louie Barry, [Kaine] Kesler-Hayden, these sort of top-end Championship players that we would have been linked with in the past seem to be slipping away at the moment.
"They're getting collected by rival clubs, and as I speak they've not gone yet, but that is starting to make some of the fanbase, me included, a little bit uneasy.
"So I'm not overly concerned because there's still a significant amount of time to go before the beginning of the season, but I would like us to start moving."
The squad that Selles has inherited isn't one that needs ripping up. It got 90 points last season and was minutes away from winning promotion.
What may be most worrying for the Blades' supporters is the inevitability that some of their best assets may be torn away from them this summer. Vinicius Souza is set to join Wolfsburg as part of a £13 million deal. There is certainly scope for more of their stars, like Gus Hamer, to leave as well.
Replacing them adequately and in time to get them prepared for the upcoming season will be the biggest challenge that United and Selles face this summer. That is the area that could cause them and their supporters the most stress.
