Auxerre beat LOSC 2-0 at Stade Pierre-Mauroy to shock the third-placed hosts and strengthen their bid to stay up.
Sinaly Diomandé thought he had put Auxerre ahead in the 24th minute, but VAR ruled the defender offside.
Lassine Sinayoko then struck from a tight angle into the top corner (32.) to give the visitors the lead. The forward later settled it with a composed finish to the top left after Gideon Mensah's pass (90.).
Donovan Léon preserved the advantage with sharp stops, denying Matias Fernandez-Pardo early on and Olivier Giroud after the restart (48.).
Bruno Génésio made a triple change at half time, introducing Ethan Mbappé, Giroud and Calvin Verdonk, and the hosts pushed forward. Mbappé's delivery created openings, with Nathan Ngoy heading wide (54.).
LOSC dominated the ball with 72.8% possession and registered 12 attempts. Auxerre posted seven attempts, finding the target four times.
The result ends LOSC's six-match home unbeaten run in the league. Auxerre sit 15th in the table.
