Slavia Prague clinched their ninth Czech title with a 5-1 win over Jablonec on Wednesday, sealing a second straight crown with two matches remaining.
As reported by L'Équipe, the result confirms them as champions.
Sparta Prague were held 0-0 by Viktoria Plzen on Tuesday. That result left the door open, and Slavia's victory a day later moved them seven points clear with two to play, out of reach.
It means Slavia will return to the Champions League league phase for the second year running. This season they finished their European campaign 34th, drawing with Bodö/Glimt 2-2, and with Atalanta and Athletic 0-0, and losing five times.
Next season will be their fourth campaign in the competition. They will hope to claim a second win, 19 years after their only success, against Steaua Bucharest in the 2007-08 group stage.
