Those behind the scenes at La Liga champions Barcelona have late this week been left let down by Spanish national team head coach Luis de la Fuente.
This comes by way of the tactician’s selection of one Blaugrana star in his latest squad list.
The player in question? Lamine Yamal.
Wide-man Lamine is for his part of course fresh off a return to the pitch following a spell on the sidelines through injury.
As much was suffered during the September international break, and saw the 18-year-old forced to sit out a quartet of Barcelona’s fixtures.
Hansi Flick for his part was not shy in making public his disappointment with Luis de la Fuente and his staff, when it came to what was evidently deemed excessive use of Lamine.
In turn, it had been reported that, with the winger having just one start under his belt since recovering fitness, Barca were actively pushing for him to be left out of Spain’s latest squad.
But as alluded to above, following the announcement of as much on Friday, Lamine features front and centre once more:
