Spurs boss Thomas Frank says striker Randal Kolo Muani is ready to make his debut for the club in their Champions League clash against Villarreal.
Kolo Muani joined the club on loan for the season from PSG on the final day of the transfer window.
The Frenchman was an unused substitute for Spurs in their 3-0 win over West Ham on Saturday.
But with Dominic Solanke still out injured, Frank is confident Kolo Muani can make an immediate impact for his side.
“First, Dom is taking steps in the right direction, so that’s positive,” Frank said when asked about Solanke, who has missed the last two games with an ankle injury.
“As you saw out there (in training), he’s not ready to be involved tomorrow.
“Randal Kolo Muani, he’s ready. How many minutes? He can always play more minutes than we think. Of course, if we needed him to play, he could play 90 minutes, but can he play the intensity at the level we want?
“But he’s ready and he’s involved tomorrow, so that’s the most important thing.”
