St Gallen trigger option to sign Aliou Baldé from Nice | OneFootball

Nice confirmed on Tuesday the permanent transfer of 23-year-old Guinea international winger Aliou Baldé to St Gallen.

The sale will bring a little under three million euros to Nice, with bonuses and a sell-on percentage included in the agreement.

Baldé is coming off a strong campaign, scoring 15 goals and providing five assists in 42 matches across all Swiss competitions.

Since joining Nice in summer 2023, he has been loaned to Lausanne-Sport, Wolfsburg and St Gallen, and made only nine competitive appearances for Nice.

Baldé is not expected to remain in Switzerland this summer. St Gallen should make a profit on his transfer, and he is being tracked in Spain.
