St Mirren have announced their management team for the remainder of the season. The Buddies will face Celtic in the Premiership before facing of in the Scottish Cup Semi Final at Hampden.
The Paisley side have confirmed that Craig McLeish will continue to lead the club as interim manager until the end of the season, despite links to a number of managers.
St Mirren coaches Jamie Langfield, Allan McManus and Marc Kelly will remain in situ with McLeish calling the shots until the end of the season.
The club also confirmed the arrival of ex-player Stuart Taylor, who joins the club as Assistant Manager. There had been speculation that Tony Docherty would take on this role but the experienced coach likely harbours ambitions of returning to management in his own right rather than becoming a go-to interim assistant.
Celtic will be hoping to beat St Mirren in both games and push on in the hunt of silverware. Stephen Robinson’s Saints beat Wilfried Nancy’s doomed Celtic back in December.
Robinson left the Paisley side to take up the manager’s job at Aberdeen, leaving the Saints for the final stretch of the campaign.
