Moussa Baradji sparked the recovery in the 37th minute with a glancing header, as Blackburn Rovers drew 2-2 with Charlton Athletic.
The French forward attacked Todd Cantwell's delivery and guided his header into the bottom left from the centre of the box, trimming a two-goal deficit and shifting momentum towards Rovers.
After the restart he struck again, arriving in the middle to steer in Lewis Miller's cross for the equaliser (77.). His timing on crosses repeatedly exposed space in front of Charlton's centre-backs.
Baradji finished with four attempts, two on target, plus eight successful final third passes and five recoveries, underlining how he linked play and pressed intelligently across the front.
With consistent service from wide areas and a high volume of crosses, his movement pinned defenders and kept Charlton's back line on edge throughout the second half.
Blackburn visit Hull in the FA Cup next. Charlton host Chelsea in the FA Cup beforehand.
