The STJD could punish Flamengo on Friday for a two-minute late return at half-time of May’s match against Grêmio, which they won 1-0 in the 15th round of the Brasileirão.
According to Coluna Do Fla, the CBJD sets fines of R$ 1,000 per minute of delay, so Flamengo face R$ 2,000 if found guilty, while Grêmio could be fined R$ 3,000 for their own interval hold-up.
The STJD has accused the Rio club of breaching Article 206 of the CBJD seven times this year.
Only one of those cases ended in acquittal, with previous incidents bringing fines totalling R$ 12,000.
Despite the slender scoreline in Porto Alegre, Flamengo controlled the game and broke through after the interval via Léo Ortiz and Emerson Royal, with Jorge Carrascal applying the finish.
