Corinthians have been fined R$ 24,000 by the STJD for incidents during Sunday’s Majestoso, following a triple complaint. According to Meu Timao, the decision was delivered on Thursday morning.

On Tuesday the club was charged under three CBJD articles, covering a late return after half time, a kit regulation breach and objects thrown onto the pitch.

The four minute delay brought a R$ 4,000 fine under article 206. The goalkeeper kit issue, flagged in referee Anderson Daronco’s report after Hugo Souza wore a grey 2026/27 strip, used for the first time and judged similar to São Paulo’s outfield kit, ended in acquittal.

The defence said match officials had authorised the grey kit, and Daronco later added an addendum acknowledging a mistake and confirming the agreement, which proved decisive.

As for objects, the club was cleared over a vape, lighter and sunglasses after rapid identification of those responsible and referral to JECRIM during the match. Paper rolls led to a guilty verdict, and as a repeat offender the club received a R$ 20,000 fine under article 213, item III.

São Paulo midfielder Damián Bobadilla was also judged over an alleged obscene gesture during the celebration of his side’s first goal. The tribunal ruled the act was not obscene and, given the video review and the on field decision, it did not intervene. He was acquitted.
