Strasbourg have unveiled their 2026-27 home shirt, drawing on the club’s earliest kit with a horizontal chest band.
The club said that, working with Adidas, the design celebrates the first known jersey, which featured a band across the chest.
The stripe returns in a darker blue than the rest of the shirt, placed level with the crest and the kitmaker’s logo.
Their 120 years are marked by a “1906-2026” inscription on the collar. The club have been known as RC Strasbourg since 1919.
Morgan Schneiderlin was involved in the launch, having left for Southampton in 2008 after 13 years in the academy. The reveal also referenced origins in 1906 as FC Neudorf, named after a Strasbourg district.
