Strasbourg host Rennes in Ligue 1 at the Stade de la Meinau on Sunday, 19 April 2026, with sixth visiting eighth as both chase European qualification.
Strasbourg sit eighth on 43 points, while Rennes are sixth with 50. The visitors won the reverse fixture 4-1 in November 2025.
Le Racing arrive on the back of consecutive league wins, beating Nice 3-1 after a 3-2 success at Nantes, following goalless draws with Auxerre and Paris FC. Rennes are unbeaten in three, following a 0-0 draw with Metz by edging past Brest 4-3 and Angers 2-1, after a 4-0 victory at Nice.
Diego Moreira, Joaquín Panichelli and Aaron Anselmino are sidelined for the hosts. For the visitors, Valentin Rongier is suspended, with Przemysław Frankowski, Jérémy Jacquet and Lucas Rosier injured.
Rennes have scored 49 league goals this season, with Estéban Lepaul joint top of the scoring chart on 16 and Breel Embolo adding seven. Mousa Al-Taamari has supplied five assists. Le Racing have kept nine clean sheets, average 54% possession and complete 88.26% of passes, while Martial Godo's eight league goals and Guéla Doué's six assists point to threat down the flanks. Crosses and set pieces could prove decisive.
A win would take Rennes to 53 points and could strengthen their grip on the Conference League qualifying place. Victory would lift Le Racing to 46 points and keep them firmly in the top eight chase, with European spots still within reach.
