Strasbourg v Rijeka ratings: Barco gift, jeers for Enciso | OneFootball

Valentin Barco’s equaliser sealed Strasbourg’s passage to the Europa Conference League quarter-finals, their first in 46 years, as the Meinau jeered Julio Enciso. According to L'Équipe, Barco was influential and usually tidy in possession.

He improved after the break, finishing a square pass inside the box. Playing higher, he recovered possession and set the tone, registering five touches in the area to Panichelli’s four.

Enciso was replaced by Rafael Luis on 88 minutes after four similar pull-backs flew over, and could face Nanasi’s competition, while Panichelli laboured through 90 minutes, limited to 14 first-half touches, and will get a rest next week after missing Argentina selection.
