Stuttgart trio ‘to be called up’ to Germany’s World Cup squad | OneFootball

Deniz Undav, Jamie Leweling and Angelo Stiller have been told they will be in Germany’s World Cup squad, Sky Germany reports.

The trio were informed of their involvement by head coach Julian Nagelsmann on Tuesday, the report added.

It also indicated that teammates Chris Führich, Maximilian Mittelstädt and Josha Vagnoman are not expected to be included.

It remains unclear whether Alexander Nübel, on loan at Stuttgart from Bayern Munich for the past three seasons, will be selected.

Earlier on Tuesday, Süddeutsche Zeitung reported that Nagelsmann is considering taking four goalkeepers to the World Cup, and that if he does, the 29-year-old should have a good chance of being called up.
