Stuttgart's Mittelstädt the centre of attention from SSC Napoli | OneFootball

According to recent reports, SSC Napoli are supposedly interested in VfB Stuttgart star Maximilian Mittelstädt. 

Should the opportunity arise, the Italians reportedly wouldn't have to dig too deep into their pockets to bring Mittelstädt on board.

Tuttomercatoweb.com suggests that Stuttgart would potentially let the left-sided defender go for around €15million.

Mittelstädt is under contract in Bad Cannstatt until 2028, and last season he provided seven goals and six assists in 50 competitive games.

However, considering his importance and the fact quality left-backs are highly sought after, it's unlikely he would leave for a cheap price.

If a transfer to the Serie A was to happen, Stuttgart has set its sights on Flávio Nazinho of Cercle Brugge as a potential replacement.
