Sunderland’s move for Dayann Methalie is in serious jeopardy, Sunderland Echo understands.
The talented left back was on Wearside early this week after a €30 million fee was agreed with Ligue 1 side Toulouse.

He has since returned to France, with further tests required after a potential issue was flagged during his medical.
