Sunderland have sent a raft of players out on loan over recent windows. According to Sunderland Echo, progress ranges from promotion pushes to injury setbacks.

Simon Adingra joined Monaco in January, scoring three in 10 and playing both legs of a Champions League play-off against PSG. Anthony Patterson has three clean sheets in seven for Millwall in a Premier League promotion chase. Dan Neil has 10 outings for Ipswich Town, with speculation he could go permanent when his Sunderland deal expires in summer.
