Sweden will play the runner-up from that group.

FULL TIME: POLAND 3-2 DENMARK

Poland bow out of their first Women's EUROs appearance by making history with their maiden win at a major tournament. Denmark pushed in the second half but it wasn't enough to produce a comeback.

Denmark go close once more and Szemik keeps out Nadim's tame header.

FULL TIME: SWEDEN 4-1 GERMANY

Sweden produce a commanding comeback against Germany to cinch the number one place in Group C. Germany were always second best after Carlotta Wamser's first-half sending off and struggled to compete.

Wow, that was close for Denmark as Janni Thomsen's rising strike flies narrowly over the crossbar. Relief for Poland.

Both games head into injury time.

Sweden are closing in on top spot in Group C with a healthy lead over Germany. Denmark are chucking everything forward to try and muster a leveller against Poland.

CHANCE GERMANY

Selina Cerci's deft lob attempt had Sweden sweating for just a moment before bouncing into the side netting. Very close.

GOAL DENMARK

Denmark aren't down and out just yet as Signe Bruun rises highest in the penalty area to slam a header past Szemik. Just 10 minutes to go for an equaliser.

GOAL SWEDEN

A late Swedish fourth is tapped in from point-blank range by Lina Hurtig to cap a well-worked Blue and Yellows attacking move. That was easy on the eye.

GOAL POLAND!

Surely that settles Poland's first-ever major tournament win? And it's a clinical finish from Martyna Wiankowska, who thunders in an unstoppable strike into the roof of the net from just inside the area.

The entire squad is down the touchline to celebrate!

CHANCE GERMANY

The first half chance for Germany in the second half but Giovanna Hoffmann's wayward attempt can't trouble Falk in the Sweden goal.

Oh wait, the Denmark goal has been ruled out for offside and Poland's 2-1 lead remains in tact.

GOAL DENMARK!

Substitute Nadia Nadim makes her mark and grabs the Denmark equaliser, taking an expert touch into Poland's area and drilling into the net. Clinical.

CHANCE SWEDEN

Sweden finally carve out an opportunity against the German low block and Blackstenius' flick towards goal goes just wide.

Sweden have enjoyed a long period of possession but seem happy to keep the tempo low and draw 10-player Germany out of their defensive positions.

GOAL DENMARK

It has been coming early in the second period and the Danes claw a goal back through Janni Thomsen, whose powerful shot has just a bit too much for Szemik to hold.

A few subs and fouls have taken the tempo out of Sweden-Germany.

CHANCE DENMARK

It's a bit more even in the second half and substitute Bredgaard is looking lively as she lets fly from 20-yards and forces Szemik into action.

CHANCE POLAND!

Padilla nearly gets her second of the evening by side-footing a first-time effort towards the corner but it skims the post and goes wide. Not far away at all!

Denmark look for a quick response in the second half as Sofie Bredgaard's shot is held by Kinga Szemik.

SECOND HALF BEGINS

The final 45 minutes of Group C are underway. Sweden are heading through to the quarter-finals as group winners and Poland could seal their first-ever EUROs win.

HALF TIME: SWEDEN 3-1 GERMANY

Sweden's first-half comeback leaves them on the brink of winning Group C.

Denmark have really struggled to threaten Poland in the first period as the Eagles keep the ball with plenty of composure late in the half.

Kosovare Asllani tries to get in on the action and shoots inches wide. Germany are severely under pressure after s sending off.

GOAL SWEDEN

They go 3-1 up and are well-placed to win the group. Rolfö holds her composure and slots into the corner past Berger.

PENALTY SWEDEN

Rolfö' to take it...

OFF THE BAR

Poland are enjoying themselves against Denmark and Ewelina Kamczyk's fierce effort clatters off the bar.

GERMANY RED CARD!

Carlotta Wamser uses her hand to clear Fridolina Rolfö's goal-bound attack off the line and is given a straight red card!

Johanna Rytting Kaneryd races into the Germany area, hesitates and sends a poor pass into the box. That was another big Swedihs chance!

Blackstenius goes for a Swedish third but her curling effort sails high and wide.

GOAL SWEDEN!

Sweden have turned this game around after conceding an early opener and Smilla Holmberg dribbled into the box and sends a deflected effort over Ann-Katrin Berger.

Poland burst foward again but Pajor can't sort her feet out in time to get a shot away. Denmark stunned here!

GOAL POLAND!

It had to be didn't it? Ewa Pajor arrives at the back post to send a powerful header into the top corner and Poland lead 2-0.

CHANCE GERMANY!

Germany are on top currently and Klara Bühl's low drive is parried to safety by a full-stretch Jennifer Falk.

GOAL POLAND!

The Eagles get their first goal of the tournament as Natalia Padilla-Bidas reacts first to a loose ball in the area and applies a simple finish from close range.

GOAL SWEDEN!

Wow, what an equaliser. Just as Germany push for a second, Stina Blackstenius is left completely unmarked to break into the area and fire into the bottom corner past a rooted Ann-Katrin Berger.

GOAL GERMANY!

Germany carve through the Swedish backline with some neat one and two-touch passing and Brand takes an excellent first-touch inside the area and squirms her finish into the net.

Denmark have their first threatening attack of the evening as star player Pernille Harder fires just wide from distance.

Sweden race down the other end and Kosovare Asllani drags her shot wide from inside the area. End to end and it's only two minutes in!

CLOSE GERMANY!

Germany have started very brightly against Sweden and Lea Schüller's dipping volley is inches away from finding the bottom corner.

Germany go straight on the attack and Jule Brand's goal-bound shot is held by Jennifer Falk.

KICK OFF

The final games in Group C are underway!

The teams are heading out and we are just moments away from kick off across both games.

The Danish fans are determined to enjoy themselves in Lucerne, despite the early EUROs exit.

Germany only played at the Stadion Letzigrund back in November 2024 and thrashed Switzerland 6-0. Can Christian Wück's side claim another important victory at this ground?

Good evening and welcome to our coverage of the Women's EUROs, with the Group C finale coming up.

Sweden and Germany have already qualified for the quarter-finals after winning their opening two matches. However, the Blue and Yellow hold the top spot due to a superior goal difference and will progress as Group C victors by avoiding defeat to Germany.

Poland and Denmark have already been eliminated from the 2025 EUROs and will battle it out for third place in their final game of the competition.
