Iran international Mehdi Taremi is expected to leave Inter after a disappointing first season in San Siro during the 2024-25 campaign, and Football Italia understands that there is an option emerging for the former Porto striker in Istanbul.
Inter are looking to sell Taremi, who still has another two years remaining on his contract, having penned a three-year deal at the time of his move from Porto last summer.
However, the Nerazzurri are already looking to cut ties with the 32-year-old after an underwhelming 2024-25 campaign, during which he found the net just three times from 43 appearances across all competitions. Two of those strikes came from the penalty spot.

His agent has recently been exploring options abroad, specifically in Turkey, and has been in contact with representatives from Besiktas, currently under the stewardship of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The relevant parties have not yet established a potential transfer fee for Taremi as things stand.
