Tchouameni Gets 8.5, Valverde With 7.5 | Real Madrid Players Rated In Narrow Win Vs Celta Vigo | OneFootball

Real Madrid locked horns with Celta Vigo at the Estadio de Balaidos earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a victory on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a bright start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 11th minute thanks to Aurelien Tchouameni’s effort. However, Borja Iglesias equalised for the home side in the 25th minute as the two sides went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.

Federico Valverde ended up scoring the winning goal for the Madrid giants in injury time as Alvaro Arbeloa’s men secured a narrow 2-1 win away from home.

LB: Ferland Mendy – 7/10

He earned the ball back once and made one good run with the ball.

CM: Federico Valverde – 7.5/10

Valverde was a positive influence at both ends of the field and deserves credit for scoring the winner in injury time.

He managed to shine on both halves and did well to score the opener in the 11th minute.

He anchored the midfield well and made one decent run with the ball.
