Terrier could leave Bayer Leverkusen this summer, with a return to France under consideration. Kicker.de reports he is facing a departure.
The forward is drawing interest in Ligue 1, including former club Stade Rennes. Meanwhile, Transfermarkt.com suggests Olympique Marseille are monitoring his situation.
Since joining Leverkusen, the 29-year-old has struggled with injuries and fallen out of favour with several coaches, limiting his minutes. As recently as last winter he seriously considered moving due to a lack of playing time.
His willingness to go is now stronger, and he appears increasingly likely to leave in this window.
He came through Lille’s academy, spent time on loan at Strasbourg, then joined Lyon in 2018. He delivered 51 goals and 24 assists in 141 games for Rennes between 2020 and 2024, form that earned his Leverkusen move.
