July 16 is a very special date for Adriana Iturbide, as it marks the day—eight years ago—that she began the journey that transformed both her life and her career.

It wasn't just any day. On July 16, 2018, 'Boyi' made her professional debut in Liga MX Femenil, taking the first step in a career built on goals, hard work, and perseverance.

At the time, the current No. 10 of the Sacred Flock was in the starting lineup for Atlas in an away match against Morelia. She played the full 90 minutes and created her first scoring opportunities in Mexico's top flight.

Since then, Iturbide has scored 80 goals in Liga MX Femenil, established herself as Guadalajara's third all-time leading scorer, and continues to be an example of leadership, commitment, and selflessness on the pitch.
