An AFC Bournemouth shirt features in the trailer for The Thomas Crown Affair, which is directed by and stars the club’s minority owner Michael B. Jordan.

According to Bournemouth Echo, the shirt is draped over a chair in what appears to be a CCTV monitoring room as people scramble after a heist.

The film is a remake of the 1968 original and also features Kenneth Branagh. Jordan plays a billionaire art thief who falls for the investigator pursuing him.

He became a minority owner at Dean Court in December 2022, when Bill Foley and Black Knight FC completed their takeover.

The American has since designed a special kit for the team, worn in pre-season before the 2024/25 campaign, and supported a side of club legends at the TST championships in the summer of 2025.

The Thomas Crown Affair will be released in cinemas on five March 2027.
