Thomas Partey charged with two further counts of rape in London | OneFootball

Thomas Partey has been charged at a London court with two further counts of rape, according to El Periódico Mediterráneo.

The Villarreal midfielder already faced five counts of rape and one of sexual assault dating from July.

The latest charges relate to a new complainant who came forward in August. In total, Partey is accused of seven counts of rape involving three women and of sexual assault alleged by a fourth.

He pleaded not guilty to the initial charges at a hearing in London in September and was released on bail pending proceedings.

Partey is due to appear at a London court on 13 March in relation to the new accusations.
