Serie A leaders Inter have shown why they lead the Scudetto race after putting themselves on course for a win away at Como.

After falling behind by a pair of goals thanks to strikes from Álex Valle (36') and Nico Paz (4'5), Cristian Chivu's men sprang into action on either side of the halftime interval to take control of proceedings at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia.

Marcus Thuram popped up in the immediate aftermath of Paz's strike to narrow the deficit in the third minute of stoppage time before completing his brace just four minutes after the break.

With that, the French international logged a two-goal or more performance in six Serie A matches since the start of last season, once again proving his worth to the Nerazzurri.

A further two goals from Dutch international full-back Denzel Dumfries looks to have completed the away reversal for Inter, who will extend their lead at the top of the table to nine points with six matches remaining.
