The top three are Goncalo Ramos, Paris Saint-Germain to Milan, €74m plus bonuses. Diego Moreira, Strasbourg to Milan, €65m including bonuses. Randal Kolo Muani, Paris Saint-Germain to Juventus, €50m including bonuses.

Next are Moise Kean, Fiorentina to Como, €40m including loan and permanent fee, and Jonathan Rowe, Bologna to Atalanta, €40m including loan and permanent fee. Santiago Castro, Bologna to Roma, €35m plus bonuses.

The ranking excludes players signed on loan last season with options or obligations that have since been activated. Examples include Rasmus Hojlund to Napoli for €44m and Lois Openda to Juventus for €42m.
