FC Bayern’s offensive planning is already in full swing, with a transfer for the summer apparently currently being discussed
As reported by Sky, those responsible at the Säbener Straße are discussing a possible summer transfer of Franculino Djú from FC Midtjylland. The 21-year-old striker is still on the list internally – and has even been a very concrete topic in the past
According to the report, it was sporting director Christoph Freund who prepared an official offer for Djú shortly before the last transfer deadline. However, a deal did not materialise at the time because Midtjylland pushed for a permanent sale, while Bayern preferred a different structure. Regardless of this, interest has not waned: Djú remains a serious candidate for next summer
The decisive factor will now be how sporting director Max Eberl assesses the personnel situation. FC Bayern are looking for a backup for Harry Kane who fits into the concept both in sporting and financial terms. Kane himself is set, but it is precisely in this position that Munich want to provide depth without taking an extreme financial risk
In this context, Fisnik Asllani from TSG Hoffenheim is still considered one of the top options. According to Sky, the attacker is at the top of the list, but Djú is being traded as an exciting alternative. The advantage from Bayern’s point of view: the Midtjylland striker’s market value is significantly lower than the sums being asked for other attackers. This would make him more likely to fit the desired profile of a striker capable of development

The situation surrounding Nicolas Jackson also plays a role in the considerations. It is unlikely that the Senegalese will stay permanently, especially as the transfer fee demanded is disproportionate to his role in the squad. With this in mind, Bayern are specifically sounding out the market – without time pressure, but with a clear plan
Franculino Djú therefore remains a name that is being discussed intensively at Säbener Straße. Whether a concrete move is actually made in the summer depends largely on Eberl’s assessment.
