Yann Bisseck and Marcus Thuram were on the scoresheet as Inter Milan bottled a two-goal lead in Sunday’s 2-2 draw at Torino.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the German defender reigned supreme on his return to the starting lineup.
Despite missing the last three Serie A fixtures due to injury, Yann Bisseck had a great game in Turin yesterday.
In addition to neutralizing Che Adams, the 25-year-old center-back scored his third league goal of the season.
Indeed, he headed home a teasing cross from Federico Dimarco to make it 2-0 for Inter just after the hour mark.
However, goals from Giovanni Simeone and Nikola Vlasic rescued a point for Roberto D’Aversa’s side.
Marcus Thuram opened the scoring at Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.
Indeed, the French striker found himself unmarked at the far post, putting away Dimarco’s cross to break the deadlock.
Therefore, the 28-year-old has now scored in three of Inter’s four league matches since the start of April.
Though it looked like Inter would extend their winning Serie A streak to four games when Bisseck doubled their lead, the hosts fought back.
Simeone and Vlasic scored in quick succession to deny the Nerazzurri their 13th away league win of the season.
