The pay-TV channel understands that numerous European clubs have expressed interest in BVB's chief scout.

English journalist Ben Jacobs is aware of interest from both Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

Krug became Dortmund's chief scout in 2022, and since November 2024 he has shared the position with Laurent Busser.

The signings of both Jude Bellingham and Erling Haaland stand out among the best recruited players in Krug's career.

According to reports, he played a significant role in getting both transfers over the line for the Westphalian giants at the time.
