Tottenham Hotspur will listen to offers for out-of-favour midfielder Yves Bissouma with the summer transfer window still open in some countries, according to Sky Sports journalist Michael Bridge.

The 29-year-old Malian is not in the plans of Spurs head coach Thomas Frank at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club.

Bissouma has yet to play this term as he is reportedly dealing with an unknown muscular injury.

He has not been included in the squad for the league phase of the Champions League.

Clubs in Turkey, Portugal, Greece and Saudi Arabia can still buy players until the end of the month, and suitors could come calling for the former Brighton & Hove Albion star.

He joined Spurs for £30 million in 2022 and has made 100 appearances.

Last month, Frank left the defensive midfielder out of the squad that played Paris Saint-Germain in the European Super Cup due to persistent lateness.

It proved to be the final straw for the Tottenham boss, who has since signed Joao Palhinha.

Former Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou also once axed Bissouma from his squad last year after he was filmed inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon, and it seems the North London club have had enough.

Kota Takai, Radu Dragusin, James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Mathys Tel have also been dropped from the Champions League squad.

However, the decision is owing to injuries, with only Tel the fit one out of the six players excluded from the squad.

West Ham United and Everton were briefly linked with interest in Bissouma, who wants to remain in England, but nothing materialised.

He could remain with the club beyond the end of this month and leave in January or at the end of the season as a free agent.

It will be interesting to see if he can force his way back into the good books of Frank if he remains at Tottenham until January.
