Chelsea are ready to offer Nicolas Jackson to Juventus as part of negotiations to sign Andrea Cambiaso.
Following Marc Cucurella’s £52million move to Real Madrid, the Blues are actively searching for a replacement at left-back and have identified the Italy international as a key target.
Gazzetta dello Sport report that Chelsea have opened talks with Juventus and submitted an offer worth €28m (£24.2m), although the Serie A club are seeking closer to €40m (£34.6m).
With Juventus under financial pressure, player-exchange options are being explored, and Jackson has emerged as a potential makeweight in the deal.
Adam Wharton is willing to move to Liverpool and play for new head coach Andoni Iraola.
That is according to TEAMtalk, who claim Liverpool have stepped up their interest in the Crystal Palace midfielder.
Having spent the past week ‘intensifying their work on a potential £70million deal for Wharton’, the Reds are said to believe can reach an agreement with Palace.
Furthermore, the report states Wharton is apparently 'eager about the prospect of moving to Anfield and becoming part of Iraola’s new era'.
Remarkable news out of Spain suggests Arsenal are ready to offer Viktor Gyokeres and £50million for Julian Alvarez.
The Atletico Madrid is attracting plenty of interest, and is a priority target for Barcelona as they seek a long-term solution in attack.
Barca are closely monitoring developments and would be encouraged by any indication that the striker is willing to leave Madrid. Alvarez is said to favour Barca over other clubs.
But El Chiringuito TV claim that Arsenal have a “done deal” wtih Atleti to pay £50million plus Gyokeres for the forward.
Atleti have told Barca that they will not sell to their Spanish rivals.

Michael Carrick is looking to bolster his squad ahead of their return to Champions League football.
Arsenal have intensified their interest in Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers this week.
Sky Sports report that the Gunners are making the signing of a left-winger a key objective this summer and have been assessing the conditions required to sign the England man.
Villa accept they have little say in keeping Rogers, and are prepared to consider offers in the region of £80m, which is lower than the previously mooted £100m.
Chelsea and Manchester United are also monitoring the situation. No formal talks have taken place between Arsenal and Villa.

Riccardo Calafiori is unlikely to join Real Madrid this summer after Arsenal placed an £86 million valuation on the Italian defender.
Calafiori has attracted strong interest from the Spanish giants following his impressive debut season in north London.
However, Real Madrid have already spent heavily on their defence, including £52million on Marc Cucurella and are reportedly ready to launch a £78m bid for Manchester City defender Ruben Dias.
Although Ibrahima Konate arrived on a free transfer from Liverpool, his wages add to the club’s financial commitments. Arsenal’s asking price may therefore prove beyond Real Madrid’s remaining transfer budget.

Luka Vuskovic is prepared to submit a transfer request to force a Tottenham exit after Brighton submitted a third bid for the defender.
Standard Sport understands that Spurs are weighing up an offer worth £45m from the Seagulls, with Vuskovic keen to leave in search of regular game time.
