Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are all pursuing targets with the transfer window fast approaching. With the World Cup now officially underway, some deals might be delayed, though there are examples of nations willing to help facilitate move as long as certain conditions are met. Arsenal, expected to bolster in attack this summer, are in talks for wonderkid Jeremy Monga and are said to hold an interest in Morgan Rogers, Eli Junior Kroupi, Nico Williams and Julian Alvarez.
Man United are refusing to enter a bidding war for Elliot Anderson with Nottingham Forest demanding an £125million fixed fee for the midfielder after rejecting an offer from Manchester City. Instead, United are targeting Alex Scott and Mateus Fernandes in addition to Ederson. Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign Dusan Vlahovic on a free and are said to be weighing up a loan move for Marcus Rashford.
Elsewhere, Tottenham have wrapped up a deal for Marcos Senesi after landing Andy Robertson, while they continue their pursuit of Savinho and Jan Paul van Hecke. Liverpool have agreed terms to re-sign defender Jarell Quansah. Follow the latest transfer news, gossip and rumours live below!
Live updates
Chelsea have not ruled out a move for Marcus Rashford.
The England international's future is up in the air after Barcelona opted against signing the Manchester United forward on a permanent deal.
According to reports, Chelsea will only consider a loan move for Rashford but are expected to prioritise other attacking targets before making a final decision.
Arsenal have already been told that the 2026 World Cup will not have too much of an impact on their pursuit of Morgan Rogers.
The Aston Villa attacking midfielder has been named by Thomas Tuchel in the England squad for this summer’s tournament in North America, and is expected to play a key role.
Should the Three Lions reach the final - or the third-place play-off match - then Rogers will not sign off from international duty until Saturday, July 18 at the earliest.
However, the Gunners will not have to wait until then to complete a potential deal for the 23-year-old - who is expected to cost in the region of £100million - as Tuchel has revealed England players will be allowed to leave camp for transfer related business.
Arsenal have now opened talks over a move for Roma midfielder Manu Kone as Mikel Arteta looks to bolster his squad ahead of the new season.
That is according to Corriere della Sera.
The Gunners have been linked to several midfielders but Elliot Anderson, Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes are all valued in the £100m region.
Kone, however, is said to be valued in the region of £40m-£50m
Potentially a bargain for the Gunners.
Mateus Fernandes has reportedly picked his next club amid links to the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
According to CaughtOffside, the midfielder wants to join a project where he can be a starter and continue his development with a young and ambitious squad.
Manchester United remain one of the clubs most strongly linked with Fernandes and have started talks for a potential move.
However, West Ham currently value Fernandes at around £80m, and United are said to consider that figure too high.

Axel Disasi is set to leave Chelsea this summer, reports say, after all parties decided a permanent exit was the best course of action.
Disasi signed from Monaco for £38.5m in 2023 and spent the second half of this season on loan at West Ham, but failed to prevent their relegation.
Morgan Rogers would pick Arsenal over Manchester United if he leaves Aston Villa this summer.
According to journalist Steve Kay, the midfielder’s representatives have held talks with the Gunners and German giants Bayern Munich.
Man Utd have elsewhere been said to enquired, but progress has not - and will not - be made.
Villa value Rogers at £100m, watching the figure Manchester City paid for Jack Grealish five years ago.
Arsenal are not prepared to match that fee.

England defender Jarell Quansah could be set to return to former club Liverpool for £55million this summer.
Reports suggest Quansah, 23, has personal terms agreed with his boyhood club, who he made 58 appearances for before last summer’s €35m move to Bayer Leverkusen.
After Ibrahima Konate’s departure, Liverpool want to beef up their defence, despite the incoming Jeremy Jacquet, 20, and expected return of 19-year-old Giovanni Leoni from injury.

Bernardo Silva is set to Real Madrid on a free transfer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, an agreement in place and the Portugal international will sign a two-year contract which includes the option of a further 12 months.

Sticking with Man United, with Tyrell Malacia leaving the club this summer and Patrick Dorgu expected to continue in a more attacking position under Michael Carrick, it leaves Luke Shaw as the only senior left-back at the club going into the news season.
While Lewis Hall is being monitored, Fulham's Antonee Robinson has emerged as a possible alternative, according to Sky Sports.

Manchester United are interested in Newcastle defender Lewis Hall.
In a massive boost for the Red Devils, the 21-year-old wants to leave the Magpies.
That is according to the Sun, who claim Newcastle are under pressure to cash in on some of their most prized assets due to the absence of European football next season.
