The summer transfer window is already throwing up some potentially massive deals as Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United all look to strengthen ahead of the new season. The Gunners are keen on signing Christos Tzolis but any move for the Club Brugge is not expected to have any impact on interest in Morgan Rogers or Bradley Barcola.
A new midfielder is also thought to be high on Arsenal's wishlist, with Bournemouth's Alex Scott joining Ayyoub Bouaddi and Manu Kone in being linked to the Premier League champions. Man United are too aiming to bolster their engine room and are targeting a signing on top of Ederson, who should be announced imminently, and have been credited with interest in a stunning swoop for West Ham duo Crysencio Summerville and Mateus Fernandes.
Chelsea are on the market for a left-back after cashing in on Marc Cucurella, while another exit is on the cards as new manager Xabi Alonso begins to build a squad in his image. Tottenham have agreed a deal to sign Jan Paul van Hecke but could miss out to Manchester City for Sandro Tonali, while Liverpool have hijacked Newcastle's move for Victor Munoz. After signing Marc Cucurella earlier this week, Real Madrid could be set for another raid on Chelsea.
This time for Enzo Fernandez as Marca claim the Argentina international has now become Jose Mourinho's priority signing to improve the midfield department.
Man Utd and Arsenal will be keeping a close eye on developments as Real Madrid reportedly have Mateus Fernandes and Ayyoub Bouaddi as alternatives.

Talk about ambition! Manchester City are giving genuine consideration to signing Sandro Tonali AND Elliot Anderson in what would set them back around £200million.
The Athletic have reported Man City’s interest in Tonali does not affect their plans to sign Anderson and they remain in talks with Nottingham Forest about a potential British record transfer.
If City do land the Italian, it will serve as a blow to Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi as he has been pushing for the midfielder.

Liverpool are planning to pull out all the stops to win the race to sign Yan Diomande.
The RB Leipzig winger is also attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain following an impressive season and even better World Cup debut, but Liverpool may turn his head.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Reds are ready to make huge contract offer to Diomande, one that exceeds that of what PSG could present.
Arsenal are showing strong interest in signing Bournemouth's Alex Scott.
So much so that they are considering submitting an offer for the midfielder, according to talkSPORT.
It has been widely reported that Scott is valued at £80million by the Cherries, who are keen to tie the 22-year-old down to a new contract which would include a release clause.
West Brom are advancing in talks to sign Chelsea striker Jimmy-Jay Morgan on a permanent deal.
Standard Sport understands that the Blues and the Baggies have an agreement on a fee in excess of £4million for the 20-year-old, as well as a sizeable sell-on clause as they believe he will do well in the Championship.
The England youth international moved to Stamford Bridge from Southampton for £3m as a 17-year-old in February 2023.

Real Madrid's bid for Atletico Madrid's Argentina striker Julian Alvarez, was a 'phantom offer', according to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo.
They state that with Bayern Munich's Michael Olise their top target, and remain hopeful of signing the France winger.
After seeing how Olise combined with Kylian Mbappe in France's World Cup opener against Senegal, it's no surprise Madrid are keen on the 24-year-old.

Adam Wharton is willing to move to Liverpool and play for new head coach Andoni Iraola.
That is according to TEAMtalk, who claim Liverpool have stepped up their interest in the Crystal Palace midfielder.
Having spent the past week ‘intensifying their work on a potential £70million deal for Wharton’, the Reds are said to believe can reach an agreement with Palace.
Furthermore, the report states Wharton is apparently 'eager about the prospect of moving to Anfield and becoming part of Iraola’s new era'.
Chelsea are interested in signing full-back Andrea Cambiaso from Juventus.
The 26-year-old is capable of operating on both sides, but mainly at left-back, making him appealing to the Blues especially after the sale of Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim Chelsea could offer Nicolas Jackson as part of a deal to bring the Italy international to west London.
