FC Bayern are planning their next squad shake-up – and have defined clear priorities for the transfer window
Planning for the summer is already in full swing at FC Bayern. After an intensive season, the Munich club want to strengthen their squad in a targeted manner – and, according to Sky, have put together a clear shopping list for the coming transfer window
The focus is on several key positions in which the record champions would like to make additions
The top priority is still the left wing-back position. Anthony Gordon is regarded internally as the absolute ideal solution for this position. The Englishman from Newcastle United has exactly the profile that Bayern are looking for: pace, goal threat and flexibility in attack
Those responsible are already pressing ahead with talks, even if a deal remains complicated due to the high transfer fee. In the event that a transfer does not materialize, Munich are looking at alternatives, according to the report, although these have not been named
In addition to the offense, Bayern are also looking at defensive options, particularly in the right-back position. One name that is still being discussed is Givairo Read from Feyenoord Rotterdam
However, there are currently no concrete developments in this personnel matter. Nevertheless, it is clear that FC Bayern is also looking to broaden its defensive options
There could also be movement in the forward line. According to the report, Bayern are on the lookout for options on the transfer market – but only if a suitable opportunity arises. A transfer in this position is therefore not necessarily planned, but remains an option

In central midfield, a lot depends on the future of individual players. Should the club decide to sign a replacement for Leon Goretzka, one name is at the top of the list: Kennet Eichhorn is the absolute priority in this case
The current planning clearly shows that FC Bayern wants to make targeted additions in the summer without acting rashly. Instead of big all-round moves, those responsible are focusing on selective reinforcements that complement the existing framework in a sensible way
