Inter’s move for Anan Khalaili has collapsed after the forward failed his medical. Gazzetta reports that the Nerazzurri will now target Strasbourg’s Guela Doué, 23, and that Aston Villa have asked about Milan full-back Pervis Estupinan.

Inter president Beppe Marotta confirmed on day one of pre-season that Khalaili would not be joining. Milan are waiting for offers for Rafael Leao and Santiago Gimenez, with no formal proposals yet.

Roma have announced Paulo Dybala’s contract extension to June 2027.

Milan’s new signing Gonçalo Ramos visited team-mates at Milanello on the first day back. Danilho Doekhi is in Rome for Lazio medicals ahead of a free transfer after his Union Berlin deal expired on June 30.

Harry Winks and Jacopo Fazzini have reported for Cagliari medicals. Genoa are preparing to welcome Hamed Traorè, who is due for tests tomorrow.
