Manchester United had two bids rejected forJarrad Branthwaite in 2024, including an offer of £50 million, before turning to alternatives, but interest in the Everton defender has not dwindled. Branthwaite's back on the Red Devil's radar, despite recent fitness issues. Journalist Ben Jacobs has claimed that United held talks with Branthwaite's camp in February to 'reaffirm' their interest in the defender.

Major League Soccer sides have been handed a boost in their pursuit ofMohamed Salah. Football Insider inform us that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East has cast doubt on a transfer to Saudi Arabia. San Diego and Inter Miami have both expressed interest in signing the departing Liverpool legend.
Kieran Trippier will leave Newcastle as a free agent in the summer and the Magpies are on the hunt for a replacement right-back. Club Brugge youngster Kyriani Sabbe is on the club's shortlist, say Transfer Feed, with Newcastle viewing the Belgian market as a good price-to-quality ratio. The 21-year-old has also attracted interest from Real Madrid and Brentford.
Over inLigue 1, Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly submitted a €55M offer for Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong. The bid falls below Barca's valuation, however, who want a €70m sum paid in full, according to El Nacional.
The Spanish champions could use those funds to landAlessandro Bastoni. Sport Mediaset say an offer of €45m has been lodged for the centre-back, though Inter will only consider offers above €60m.
