Real Madrid visit Valencia on Sunday as Álvaro Arbeloa manages his defensive options.
According to Glorioso 1904, Trent Alexander-Arnold is recovering well and could return to the starting line-up this weekend, and could also feature in both meetings with Benfica.
Antonio Rudiger and Dani Carvajal are following personalised treatment plans, with a decision on their inclusion to come after Friday and Saturday training.
Wednesday’s session indicated Ferland Mendy should be available for the trip to Mestalla. He has not played since early January, when he featured in the Spanish Super Cup semi-final against Atlético Madrid.
Eduardo Camavinga has been covering at left-back, leaving the former Benfica player, Álvaro Carreras, out of recent selections. With Jude Bellingham sidelined for a month, the Frenchman is expected to return to midfield.
Real Madrid face Benfica on 17 February in the first leg of a UEFA Champions League play-off for a place in the last 16, with the return in Madrid on 25 February.
