Betfair's Paul Higham has his picks for Tuesday's Champions League games including a 6/1 shot for Spurs vs Dortmund

Paul Higham has his Champions League tipsheet for Tuesday including a 12/5 draw for Arsenal at Inter and a 6/1 shootout win for Dortmund at Spurs.

Kairat Almaty v Club Brugge

15:30 kick-offLive on Discovery+ & TNT Sports 1

Video OneFootball

Kairat are bottom of the group with just a point from six games, and although that came at home they've actually failed to score a single goal  in their three home games. But step forward Club Brugge who can better that miserable record as they're pointless on the road so far - although they have managed to score.

The Belgian visitors are 4/7 favourites and despite just one win so far they're only three points outside the top 24 so they really need the win here, so even with their dodgy form I'll back them to get the better of the Kazakhs, who haven't played since the last UCL round at start of December, in a scrappy contest.

Bodo/Glimt v Man City

17:45 kick-offLive on Discovery+ & TNT Sports 2

Man City were awful at Old Trafford so Pep Guardiola will want a big response as 4/11 favourites against winless Bodo/Glimt. The Norwegians have also played just a couple of friendlies since their last Champions League outing - whether that results in them being fresh or rusty remains to be seen.

Visiting the Arctic Circle at this time of year presents its own challenges and you wonder what side Guardiola will deploy, but Bodo have bene generous hosts recently and while they may come out swinging their lack of match fitness should tell later on.

Five of Bodo's six group games so far have seen over 3.5 goals while 11 of their last 12 European group games have seen both teams score - I'll back Bodo to find the net.

FC Copenhagen v Napoli

20:00 kick-offLive on TNT Sports Extra & Discovery+

Copenhagen are another side possibly undercooked thanks to inactivity over the last month, but they've an identical record to Napoli after back-to-back wins, while Antonie Conte's men have lost five straight UCL away games. They're still odds-on here though at 8/11.

Napoli have conceded 2+ goals in their last five Champions League aways, and Copenhagen's home matches have been full of goals, with five of six in the competition busting the over 3.5 barrier so let's go for something of a shootout in Denmark.

Inter Milan v Arsenal

20:00 kick-offLive on Amazon Prime

Arsenal are 7/5 to keep their perfect run going at 9/5 Inter - who have lost the last two games including here against Liverpool in December. They've won six of seven (D1) in Serie A since then with four clean sheets and with Arsenal's defensive gameplan now widely known this shapes up to be a bit of a cagey chess match of a game.

An early goal can change everything of course and Mikel Arteta's men could easily grab a now typical Set Piece FC victory - but I don't think either side will be too disappointed with a draw here.

There's a couple of match stat specials here that need a mention based on how the game will go, Arsenal's big strength and European refereeing especially for the first one, of any goalkeeper to be fouled at 6/4 - while Inter won't face too many sides with set piece skills like these, so also look at Gabriel to have a header on target at 9/2.

Olympiakos v Bayer Leverkusen

20:00 kick-offLive on TNT Sports Extra & Discovery+

The Greeks won their first game last time out, but inly against Almaty, while Leverkusen have won at Benfica and Man City before drawing at home to Newcastle, so there's quite the gap in form between the two sides.

Bayer are also one of five sides unbeaten away from home so even though Olympiakos desperately need something to save themselves, the price for an away win here looks too good to turn down.

Real Madrid v Monaco

20:00 kick-offLive on Discovery+ & TNT Sports 2

It's Alvaro Arbeloa's first European night in charge of Real Madrid but he's under prssure from the off with home fans disgruntled with how the season's going, so he'll hope Monaco being the League 1 form that's seen them lose four straight and not their UCL form of no defeat in five.

Monaco have the potential to make life difficult for Real, and it won't take much for the home fans to get restless so it could be a tough night's work, but the form of the visitors just doesn't add up to them being able to get something from the game, so we'll back Real to grind out a narrow win.

Sporting v PSG

20:00 kick-offLive on Discovery+ & TNT Sports 4

Sporting have done alright do far with three wins and only dropping points in tough trips to Bayern, Napoli and Juve. This is a tough one though with the champions arriving as 3/4 favourites - albeit only three points above their hosts in the standings.

PSG have won six in seven since a 0-0 with Athletic Bilbao and losing to Bayern this season is their only group defeat in nine. They also set up so well as an away side, with last season's defeat at Villa Park their only European loss in nine, and with over 2.5 goals in seven of Sporting's past eight this one has goal in it.

Tottenham v Dortmund

20:00 kick-offLive on TNT Sports 1 & Discovery+

This smells like trouble for Thomas Frank, who is seemingly hanging by a thread at Spurs - he is 4/11 in the Betfair Sportsbook's Sack Race betting - and hosting a Dortmund side that could easily cut them apart, even though the two sides are level in the standings on 11 points.

You could say 13/8 shots Spurs have only lost once and at home have won three from three without conceding a goal, but context is important and PSG are the only team above 19th in the table that they've faced, while they've played three of the bottom five - who are all winless.

Dortmund bring a goals guarantee with them, with over six on average in their three away games and that will give Spurs a chance no doubt, but the form their in suggests they'll come out on the wrong end of things.

Villarreal v Ajax

20:00 kick-offLive on TNT Sports Extra & Discovery+

More than a hint of futility about the teams in 34th and 36th (bottom) in the standings facing off, but it could be a decent little game with pride at stake and goals on the menu.

Ajax finally got a win last time with a 4-2 at Qarabag to take the match goal total to 16 in their three away games, while Villarreal's home ties have seen the net bulge 11 times including a 3-2 defeat last time out. They also scored twice against Juventus so can be dangerous at home and they're big 1/2 favourites but it's a big ask to trust a side with their record. Best stick to goals here.
