Tylel Tati has signed a two-year extension with Nantes, keeping the 18-year-old at the club until June 2030. The club said in a statement that the centre-back’s deal had been prolonged from its original 2028 expiry.
A left-footed defender who joined in 2023 from INF Clairefontaine, Tati has quickly settled into the senior rotation.
This season he has made 20 starts in all competitions, confirming his potential and drawing interest from major European clubs, including PSG and Chelsea.
The extension also reflects Nantes’ strategic stance in the fight to stay up. Securing Tati until 2030 strengthens their position in any future negotiations, with the hierarchy not entertaining a sale below €50m.
Beyond finance, the Canaries are backing his continued development, with Tati a regular in France’s youth set-ups.
