Under-15 thrash Real Soccer, under-17 draw in the Paulista

On the morning of this Saturday (4), the U-15 and U-17 teams faced Real Soccer at CFA Laudo Natel, in Cotia, for the 10th round of the Paulista Championship. The U-15 side cruised to a 5-0 win with goals from Guilherme, Arthur, Pietro, Enzo Henrique, and Victor Israel. The U-17 team, meanwhile, drew 1-1, with Gabriel scoring.

In the first match of the day, the U-15 team dominated from start to finish. In the 18th minute, after a scramble inside the box, the ball fell to Guilherme, who fired it into the back of the net to open the scoring. Still in the first half, in the 29th minute, Luisinho found Yahgo, who got a shot away. On the goalkeeper’s rebound, Artur was in the right place to score Tricolor’s second goal.

In the second half, the net rippled again as early as the 10th minute. After winning the ball back in the attacking half, Pietro left the defenders behind and unleashed a beautiful shot into the top corner, scoring a stunner and extending São Paulo’s lead. In the 28th minute, Enzo Henrique won a penalty. He took it himself and converted, turning the win into a rout.

To complete the scoring, in the 34th minute, on a quick counterattack, Kléber set up Victor Israel, who showed great composure to chip the goalkeeper and score Tricolor’s fifth goal.

U-17

In the 11 a.m. match, the first half was evenly contested, with both teams sharing possession. In the 15th minute, Zabarelli even scored directly from a corner, but the referee disallowed it for a foul on the goalkeeper. In the 25th minute, Gabriel tried a shot from outside the box, the ball deflected off an opposing defender and wrong-footed the goalkeeper, opening the scoring.

The second half remained evenly balanced between the teams. In the 11th minute, the opponent pulled level. In the 27th minute, João Soato made a spectacular save to prevent the comeback.
