Under-15s and under-17s train with focus on tactical work

On Wednesday (6), the U-15 and U-17 squads trained in the morning at CFA Laudo Natel, in Cotia, São Paulo.

The U-15 team held a small-sided training session focused on defensive organization. Meanwhile, the U-17 worked on building out from the back and the team’s offensive structure.

The U-14 squad, which was competing in the Tokyo U-14 International Youth Tournament in Japan, is returning to São Paulo after playing four matches and finishing in third place. In the bronze-medal match, the team led by Andrey Mayr thrashed Jakarta 8-0, with goals from Piva, Estevão (2), Ridek, Isac (2), Matheus, and Iago.

After lunch, it was the younger age groups’ turn to take the field. The U-10 held a training session focused on passing and ball carrying. The U-11 continued its technical development, as did the U-12, which in addition to technical work also devoted part of the session to individual tactics.
