Among Europe's top five leagues, a few surprise Spanish players are topping the charts.

A few familiar faces are in the top-scoring Spanish players across Europe, with Barcelona's Lamine Yamal sitting fourth in the goalscoring table.
In addition, Real Sociedad's talisman Mikel Oyarzabal has scored 10 goals since the beginning of 2026, with his place leading the line for La Roja this summer all but guaranteed.
But, level with Oyarzabal in second place is Levente's Carlos Espí, who has also struck 10 goals this year.
Outperforming everyone, though, is Alaves attacker Toni Martínez, with an excellent return of 11 goals, and the latest came during today's LaLiga encounter against Oviedo.
Martínez now has eight goals in his last nine outings. Could he make a late run for the Spain World Cup squad?
