In midfield, Manu Koné and Adrien Rabiot each posted 6.1, viewed as enough to blunt Paraguay.

The front line fared worse. Michael Olise, bright earlier in the tournament, was marked at 5.4. Wingers Bradley Barcola on five and Ousmane Dembélé on 4.6 drew the harshest scores.
