Valencia to wear all white for decisive Rayo visit | OneFootball

Valencia will take the field in an all-white kit and are urging supporters to do the same for Thursday’s decisive meeting with Rayo Vallecano at Mestalla.

The club said in a message on Wednesday that fans should attend in white under the slogan “Tots junts, tots de blanc”.

Valencia’s usual strip this season pairs a white shirt with black shorts and socks. For this match they will switch to an entirely white shirt, shorts and socks to create a unified image in the stands and on the pitch.

The fixture falls in the antepenultimate round of LaLiga and could prove pivotal for the team coached by Carlos Corberán.

Valencia have not yet secured mathematical safety. A strong finish could also carry them into European contention.

Mestalla is preparing for another full house. The initiative aims to create a striking white backdrop and could help push the team towards a victory that would move them closer to safety while sustaining the European dream.
