Valencia’s allocation for Elche derby sells out in under five minutes | OneFootball

As reported by AS, Valencia’s 697-ticket allocation for the Elche derby, priced at €30, sold out at Mestalla in less than five minutes.

The Martínez Valero will host the fixture on 11 April at 16:15, a derby marked by good relations between supporters. Three years ago, nearly 4,000 Valencia fans travelled there for a survival decider, which ended 0-2. This time the greater need lies with Elche in their fight to stay up.

Many Valencia fans were left frustrated when the platform had stopped working by the time they tried to buy. Everything was gone.

Valencia’s travelling support remains strong, and with their full allocation taken at Martínez Valero, Corberán’s side will have sold out allocations on 10 of their 16 away trips to date.

Elche have put general sale tickets on the market from €30 to €350. Their 27,000 season-ticket holders get free entry and priority to buy two additional seats until 7 April, with remaining tickets released the following day.
