Maricá’s coach has said he takes inspiration from Diniz, describing him as a reference point in Brazil.

A Maricá investor previously sought to buy Vasco’s SAF.

Off the pitch, Pedrinho said talks with an investor regarding a sale of the SAF are advanced.

He also said that if Vegetti wants to leave Vasco, he should make that clear.

Saldivia said Diniz had been in contact with him for about a year.
