Vasco extend midfielder JP’s deal to end of 2028 | OneFootball

Vasco have extended midfielder JP’s contract to the end of 2028.

According to Globo.com, the agreement is already registered on the CBF’s BID. His previous deal was due to run until December 2027.

JP has made nine appearances this season, four as a starter. Despite limited starts, he retains the confidence of the coaching staff and Renato Gaúcho. The new terms also include a salary increase.

At the club since 2019 and a product of the academy, he made his senior debut in 2024 in a 2-1 win over Grêmio.

He has 22 senior appearances for the club. He spent last year on loan at Avaí.
