Robinio Vaz’s future has not yet been decided.
The striker, who arrived from Marseille during the winter transfer window for €22 million plus €3 million in bonuses, could leave Roma after a few months.
The 2007-born striker hasn’t found much playing time: 313 minutes in all competitions, scoring one goal (against Lecce) and two assists.
The French striker has never started, partly because it was impossible to dismiss Malen, a true force who has turned Serie A on its head with 14 goals in 18 games.
These are crucial months for Robinio Vaz’s future.
As Il Tempo reports, a final decision on the 2007-born player has yet to be made: judgment is pending.
If a team were to come along that could guarantee him a season of prominence, Roma might consider loaning him out.
However, it’s not out of the question that the former Marseille striker could develop at Trigoria behind two other strikers.
In short, many pieces must fall into place in the coming weeks. D’Amico is trying to accelerate the process.
